Had a plan but fate changed it
« on: January 01, 2016, 04:39:00 pm »
I sound like a parrot I know but here I go again.
I had set Feb in my head to try again but I have been so unwell with sinus problems for the last two weeks and not smoked as much that I sort of just stopped on the 30th Dec.
I am ok at the mo and hoping with work being really busy for the next month that I wont have too much time on my hands. Plus I cant smoke at work either.
Anyone out there like to join me ?  X

Well I am very pleased to see you already on Day 2!! I hope your sinuses are feeling better; that kind of pain is the worst. Are you going cold turkey Deb?

Thank you @tea. The pain was awful and my ears are still popping, they were so blocked. I tried cold turkey for a day but did 6 hrs and had one. Felt rough but I still smoked be it less than normal and it made the sinus worse. So i had tabex in the cupboard from my trial earlier in the year. Bingo a couple of days later I stopped and I wasnt climbing the walls x

Well done @Debbie You just need to remember you are stronger than the nicotine gremlin and that you will not give in to it. You beat it into submission every time it tries to rear its ugly head. Distract yourself, chat and post on here and remember each craving beaten is a reminder to you that you are a heroine and in control ... not the other way round. So proud.
Nicotine free since 22nd August, 2015
