Not been on much lately but just to say my app saying not smoked for 400 days, so I'm pleased with that  Nope 400 days seemed impossible 12 months ago but here we are. All the best to all  ;D

Lovely to see you @AndrewG and how well you are doing 400 days!!!! where the hell does the time go!

So hope life is good and you have a great Christmas! How is your son doing this season?

Well on the way to the 24 months and flying, I remember you starting the quit again on another place and look at you now :) Wicked stuff.

Great to hear from you and well done on 400 days.  Just reminded me that I didn't even notice passing 400 days or 13 or 14 months.  So different to this time last year. 
Quit date - 1st October 2014, Quit method - lozenges

It's lovely isn't @Sally well done to you too and @Malvin P Lawnmowerpants you are all doing so well. Oh and @tea you must be over this as well. Going into the second year is definitely easier 8) 8)

I can remember us both starting in another place, back in 2012, I flopped after 4 months and you made it stick.
A long time ago now Steel. Onward and upwards though my friend !

This time a year ago every clean day was a bit of a battle and felt a success as you could ticked off another day. You are right definitely different now!

I think we might all on some days not fully appreciate the colossal feat of kindness that we achieved for ourselves ,by giving up smoking  :-*
In 15 days it will be a whole 3 Years since I last attempted to poison myself  :)

Yep, New Years Revolutions 7th Jan 2012 :o Same day, we'll get there :)





I feel like forum furniture, the equivalent of some moldy old chair that's been in the corner for years, the type that used to be at ya grannies when you was kid. Some one will throw a white sheet over me one day and abandon me in a seedy attic.

Great to hear from you mate, glad you're really noticing how much easier it all is once that first year is under your belt - you've worked hard enough for your freedom, now you can really begin to enjoy it!
Smoker for 20+ years with a 3 year quit in the middle
Used Champix 16/01/13 to 12/02/13
