Many congratulations to you @Indigo Warrior.  100 days is amazing and I hope you are planning a celebration.  And a 100 days is a nice place to be this time of year.  Just think you won't have to make giving up smoking a New Year resolution.

It's also a frightening number of nicotine sticks missed (1501) but I am still waiting to see the savings but they must be there.

Thanks @TG and @Sally

I know everyone says it but I honestly believe If I could do it then absolutely anyone can.  I smoked for over 40 years (started when I was 12  :-[).  I loved smoking. I smoked when I had a cold, I smoked when I had a cough, I smoked when I had bronchitis - nothing or nobody stopped me smoking.

Then Feb 6 2011 I randomly decided I would stop.  Since then my sister has died, I have been diagnosed and treated for breast cancer, one of my daughters got married, my 6th grandchild was born and my mum died.  Not once during that time did I even think of smoking.   :foundbeer: :foundbeer: :foundbeer: :foundbeer: :foundbeer:

Quitting is the very best thing I did and if anyone out there is reading then give it a go.  It will be the best Christmas present you can give yourself.
