Well done honey, is your body like a temple, I would worship you hee hee. You need to post what you eat thats under 500 calories a day. Thats the bit I would struggle with xx

As an example Debs, today will be a boiled egg for breakfast, half a tin of soup for lunch and 4 fish finger and 36 peas for dinner.

Black coffee of black tea during the day and/or water.

To be honest I always start the day with my normal cup of coffee, which is half a tea spoon of brown sugar with milk.

I also busy myself as much as possible, ie house work, mowing lawns etc.

Remember, it's only two non-consecutive days per week and on the other day's you can eat and drink what you normally would, it soon becomes part of normal living, well it has for us, also, you can change your fast days as much as you like as long as you do 2 per week.

There are also loads of 5:2 diet books now which do have some fantastic recipes in.

Thats not alot and you count your peas PMSL. I  would be sucking that egg to make it last lol. I think I could manage the food but I love my tea with milk although I do have sweetex now instead of sugar xxx

Last week I was 12st 3lb

This week I am  12st 1, 3/4lb  :)

minus 1,1/4lb

Ummm not bad and still going in the right direction
