7 years for me
« on: November 26, 2019, 09:49:36 am »
Guess I'd better post as well. On 14th November I reached my 7 year mark.

I was away on holidays at the time and forgot about it until I got home and got a couple of messages. Forgot about it again.

Best thing I every did was to quit. Too late for my health but at least I have money now to go on short holidays  :)

Wow @Lostie , 7 years!! There's something biblical about 7 years I think. Or like a fairy story possibly. Either way, 7 years is monumental! I remember you'd recently arrived in the Penthouse when I quit and me thinking I could never there myself. You were a proper inspiration dear Lostie, and you still are.... Well Done You!!!  :) :) 008 008 007 007 :foundbeer: :foundbeer: :foundbeer:
Finally saw sense on 8/12/13

So many mountains, so little time...

Congratulations @Lostie on your 7 years. I'm glad you think its the best thing you ever did. Seems impossible at first and then it dawns on you that it is the only way. I just wish it didnt take as long to realise that. All the best  008

Well done Lostie and it’s good to know you are enjoying your holidays. Quitting is just the best thing that all of us here have managed. I know your health can’t be repaired but at least you have halted any further decline. May you enjoy many more adventures x
