Tracking my progress

So, once again I am in week 2.  I am at the end of day 8.  I have started to tell people that I am back off the cigarettes again.  Slowly but surely I am letting family and friends know that I am now quit again.  It is challenging, even with the vape.  I still get cravings but they aren’t as frequent as they could be.  I am still on my guard as I know from experience that they can pop up at any time and I want to be prepared when the little monster decides to show up.  Anyway, well done to me and I plan to keep up the hard work.
