Wahoo  Day 2 for Sue.

I agree its not easy but then again lighting a fag in the howling wind and the pouring rain when you only have one match left isnt easy but weve all done it.

Keep going you can do this.

After far too many years I stubbed out my final cigarette on February 6 2011 at 10 pm and havent looked back since.

^^^Classic, just classic!^^^

Great to see you arriving safely in Day Two, the first day is no picnic and you have triumphed over it - well done that woman!!!

Press on through sweetpea, just remember, each day takes you another step away from the drudgery of addiction and another step closer to freedom and the only thing that can put you back under the smelly yellow thumb is you.  Hang tough hon, and take comfort in the fact that each day you fight through is a day you will NEVER have to go through again, provided you hang on to NOPE!

Keep on trucking, you're doing great! 8) 8) 8)

Titch. I used to work with horses .... Big ones !!!   Ride one, lead one out on exercise and I could still, with a spare hand, light and smoke a cigarette.   True professional here.   :o

Day 2 isn't easy, but you will one day get to that bit where it gets a lot easier and it doesn't feel like a battle, honestly it does come. Keep going. xxx
