When I smoked-like us all I guess- I thought, one day i have to stop doing this. :-\

And that day seemed elusive, as the years went by.

But we all chose a day-a special day- to make it THE day-the day of our quit, the forever quit. And TG, you chose that day and look at you now girl , 5 years free of poison  006

Massive congrats and hugs xx  :foundbeer:

Great to hear from you TG, and your 5 years, shame on the Tractor Boys. Its not easy in any of the leagues below the prem these days. My son still at Oldham, youth team U18 now and the club constantly in turmoil and skint.
Smoking now seems a long time ago and like Everton and Ipswich being top of the league and a thing of the past. Enjoy the freedom  8)

@TG such an inspiration to hear you have reached the five year mark. I also want to say thank you for continuing to pop into the group from time to time to keep supporting those who are new to the journey. Your words of wisdom really helped keep me going in that first year.
