Apparently, I have today made three years and I am grateful.
Nicotine free since 22nd August, 2015

Amazing achievement Indigo. 
After far too many years I stubbed out my final cigarette on February 6 2011 at 10 pm and havent looked back since.

Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........

I wont lie and say it was easy. Even now that Nicotine Gremlin  002 will randomly pop up and hint that a fag would be good right now. I know its Not One Puff Ever coupled with the fact it is smelly and doesn't actually taste very nice.

Dory has been my sidekick (along with you guys), "Just keep going, just keep going."

Finally quit after 35 years & several attempts.
Used Champix this time and it worked a treat!!
Last smoke 1 Nov 2013 and still going strong :)

Congrats Little Blue!!!  There's nothing better than clocking up multiple quitiversaries and looking back, realising just how far you've come.  I hope you treated yourself to mark the occasion, freedom deserves celebration! xxx
