@Burners well done!!! I have been waiting for this post to appear to send my congratulations to you.  Reaching 3 months is indeed an achievement and is something worth celebrating.  From experience I would advise that you stay prepared for sneaky cravings, but I can also advise that you can very easily kick them to the kerb.

Now, it’s nearly the weekend so please have a celebratory tipple or two (or more, no one is counting lol) and bask in the feeling of pride.  008  008  008

Wow @Burners , well done, three months is fab - you have definitely got this  :foundbeer:

Totally agree this site is a great help, I think many only stay off the cigs due to posting here regularly.  :)
Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........

As much as I love @tea and totally agree that she is an amazing support and that her support makes quitting so much easier it is you dear @Burners that is responsbile for your quit.  You are the one that hasnt put a cancer stick in your mouth for the last 70 days so this quit is 100% down to you.  Really well done.
