Well done @Burners

You are doing so well.  Believe it.  You are now about to enter month 3.  Things can only get bigger and better.

I've been approving people, but they are being quiet at the moment. I do tell people that y'all don't bite, but they're watching quietly at the moment. Try offering them biscuits, it might encourage them.

Very well done @Burners ,good to see you are still going strong, don't be lonely,  were here watching and willing you on. 7 months on and im still having battles with the deadly weed when someone lights up and the smell of fresh tobacco smoke goes straight to my brain but I have to feel sorry for the harm they are doing to themselves and get on with my new non smoking  life. I walked 3 miles with Ted the dog yesterday and felt great, legs pain free, couldn't do that 7 months ago. I couldn't have done it without this forum, so come on you new comers, if you want to stop smoking get posting.007
Quit 16th November 2017.
Last smoke 21st November 2017.
Trigger word...LEG.

I think its the fine weather @Burners , and the time of year. It'll busy up again I expect. It'll certainly be busy 9 months from now when a certain wonderful and stalwart quitter will be climbing the red carpeted steps to the Penthouse.... ;D 008 007
Finally saw sense on 8/12/13

So many mountains, so little time...
