Amazing congrats!

Definitely starting to feel different. We must stay here and keep each other going!

Last day for me, we should throw a party!  008

When I first quit there were a couple of people 6 days ahead of me and I used to be really excited when I got to share a room and then a little deflated when they moved out  :'(. But soon you get to share rooms with people!! Woohoo!!! That's something to look forward to!! I was never good at sharing in real life but I like sharing in the JustQuit hotel; even if now I have so many room mates who borrow my coffee it's worth it. kk

Well done @Phoenix you are doing brilliantly  :foundbeer: :foundbeer: :foundbeer:
Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........

JustQuit secret: I sneak into all of your rooms and bounce on all of the beds when I do the housekeeping. If I think you are sad I leave you extra nice biscuits and bubble bath. I only do nice things though.

Brilliant stuff @Phoenix!! How’s the room upgrade looking? I hope your hangover today isn’t too bad after partying with @Burners last night.  I’m sure you’re still sleeping!

Haha, the room is perfect thank you.   006

I'm only just up as we did have a party last night and  my throat is a little sore from singing M People's 'Movin on up' which we dedicated to Nic. Thanks for popping the karaoke machine in there, nice touch!

I'm tempted to pretend to be sad for the fancy biscuits but I'm just too bouncy to be able to fake it.

Off to 'Functional Fitness' class today. I've no idea what that is but there was a space free and I was available so I'm giving it a whirl.  kk

Oh Burners, it was horrendous!  The instructor was great but really pushed me. In fact he pushed me so hard that I threw up half way through.
I went back in and completed the class but it has taken until today for my thighs to allow me to walk downstairs without yelping.  001

It was like circuits really.

I didn't go to the gym the following day but I did go yesterday morning and this afternoon and I have another, different class in the morning.

I love it! My husband said today 'who are you?' when I said I might bob into the gym for half an hour before tomorrow's class. I have always avoided gyms like the plague!

So, are we allowed to have a tiny clue as to what your award was for?

Ooh, also you said you were loving yoga...... Have you ever tried a gong bath?

Since Jan this year I've been going to a kundalini yoga workshop with an hour of yoga, an hour of meditation and discussion on a theme (last month was the root chakra) and then an hours gong bath. I go with a friend and we love it!

As it happens, I've been doing a mini kundalini 3min meditation for addictions every day since the day before I stopped smoking. I'm planning to continue for 40 days. I don't want to take any chances!

It might well be the placebo effect but whatever works eh?
