The Gym Induction I was Dreading.
« on: May 08, 2018, 06:29:46 pm »
So, had the induction today. I was really very nervous about it but it was great. I stayed for half and hour after and made sure I'd done something to sweat about. I felt great when I came out.

Have signed up for membership and have booked onto a couple of classes over the next week.

I've packed a bag and am gonna go again on the way to work  tomorrow. And I'm looking forward to it. Fancy that!

Yay @Phoenix!! I’m thrilled for you that you enjoyed it. Don’t look now but I see a new you just around the corner....someone who is fit and healthy with glowing skin and who smells delightful and, most importantly, not a cigarette in sight.

I'm pleased you enjoyed the gym @Phoenix as exercise really does help your quit, it's a distraction and an enjoyable one.   007
Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........

Thanks Nicky. I'd had a couple of cravey days which were getting me down so it was great yesterday because I felt full of beans and didn't have any cravings at all.

Long day at work today coming up so I'm going to go to the gym on the way and make sure I take some decent food with me to work.

Entering week three now and still clean and clear! Whoop!
