Great stuff @Gerti1.  That’s what I did too - get my head in the right place.  Be stubborn and be determined. There was no way I was going to put myself through the agony of addiction withdrawal again!

You should be proud of yourself @Gerti1 you have done amazingly, despite things not being great you, and you have got past your previous problem point at the end of 4 months.  Well done.  007 007
Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........

Coming to the end of this month and entering the half way stage to the entrance to the fabulous penthouse, still pinching myself lol. I am feeling quietly confident and keeping busy :D
I am going to do this
