You have got this @Burners well done  :foundbeer: :foundbeer: :foundbeer:
Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........

well done @Burners but dont be shy in your new room, you have done so well you should be really proud of yourself.  Get this 3 week out of the way and you will start to see so many benefits in your new non smoking life.  Enjoy the sunny smoke free bank holiday weekend
After far too many years I stubbed out my final cigarette on February 6 2011 at 10 pm and havent looked back since.

Nice! I like this room very much.

Today in a 'f*** it' moment, decided to make a dramatic change to represent my new take on life and went crazy platinum blonde for the first time ever, having been a redhead for 20 years (I don't even remember my natural colour). Wanted to for a while but never had the balls; now I have quit smoking my confidence is increasing. It's only a hair colour and I'm taking on a nicotine addiction and winning!

Friend pinged to say she's sick of smoking so can we find somewhere to eat outdoors and not get boozed so she's not tempted. Absolutely.

Ok I'm snuggling in and closing off on day 16. Look forward to @DBsussex & @Phoenix coming to hang out!

You’re bang on @Burners! I love that you’ve found your confidence already.  I’ve got a feeling that you are going to nail this quit and we’ll see Mr Nic’s funeral cortège coming along in the not too distant future. Bloody well done girl.

I think it's a great idea to have a brand new you. The new you doesn't do the old habit so psychologically you're breaking that link with the past.
