Just a little update.  I'm now just over 18 weeks (128 days) and have managed to lose 4lbs just through stopping snacking.  I think now the cravings are hardly ever that I don't need to snack and it has helped, also making sure I walk 30-40 mins every evening.  Haven't even charged the vape in weeks either so I think that for the moment I'm doing ok and I'm pleased with myself.   008
Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........

It will be 20 weeks/140 days on Saturday so after my busy bank holiday weekend I can post in month 6  :foundbeer: :foundbeer: :foundbeer: :foundbeer:

Put the 1lbs back on though :( Just about managing to keep weight stable.  When I was 30 I went on a diet and joined Gym, weight fell off - 2.5 stone in fact, easily but now I'm over 40 it's so very hard to shift.

6 weeks Saturday @tea but we all think she may be early.  It's not her first baby and the others were early  :)
