It said I could have 1.5 apples or 0.5 of a sweet potatoe to use my carb limit and I blanched!! I had 1/3 of a red pepper, some grapes and some dried apricots and raisins today, so I would've failed I think. I wonder why the milk has to be full fat and not semi-skimmed though.

I think the theory is fat is good. Low fat usually means extra sugar/sweetener apparently

Well I'm please to report that I'm now down over 5kgs (over 10 pounds) in just under 4 weeks! Bloody marvelous! Only another 5 to go and then I'm going to introduce the carbs back slowly although I'm actually quite happy without most of them!! I seriously recommend trying to go carb and sugar free for a while, it's a lot like quitting smoking (but much easier) and you feel the benefits much quicker!!
