4 years
« on: April 06, 2018, 03:42:38 pm »
Well the time is here again to celebrate another milestone. A few days ago I stepped into the 4 year club.

I have to say, I don’t think of smoking at all anymore. I don't see anything in it anymore. I don’t actually see why I smoked for so long! So glad I can see the addiction for what it is.

I do have this forum to thank and another for helping me quit and the people on it, so I just wanted to come on here and say thank you to everyone, I wouldn’t of done it without you.

To people going through this now. All I can say is keep going. Life does eventually go back to normal and you will be so happy that you went through it.  008 008 008
Quit Date: 04-04-2014

Thanks for a fab post @TG and well done on four years.  You were a great help to me on my first quit as I was about 8 weeks behind you.  It's good to see you still check in and post to help others.  007
Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........

Thanks guys, sorry it has taken so long to get back on here  009

It lovely to see all the familiar names.!! @una-g @Lostie @Max414 @Skiddaw @Sally @markmcclean1980 @tea @KitKat @Gerti1 and @Phil Coulson thank you as always  006

Marty and Nicky I remember you from the spring army crew. Nice to see you guys here. @Marty nice to see you still doing well and @Nicky40 you got this you made it for two years before I know you can do your forever one now.

@AndrewG lovely to see you. Ipswich haven't been great for awhile Now, but you still have to support them ha. Everton are fairing much better  006

As for Nessie and Marco they are doing well. I'm saving to give them a bigger Vivaruim each as they are growing well. Marcos illness has been halted which is great.

The picture Is top half Nessie as a babyand her now. The bottom Marco on the day we got him to him all well now. Still glad I stop smoking so I could afford these little beauties.
