Well done @Sashie you are doing so well and things will soon get a little smoother for you. Having 2 vapes will ease things so that's a very good idea :)
I am going to do this
Quit 6th January 2018

Well done @Sashie , these are the hard days, but we all went through it and look at us now. It doesn't take long to go from a total addict to a non smoker, believe me.:)
Quit 16th November 2017.

Usually @Sashie and @breakingfree it happens if you put in an emoji that's not one from the site (like when I forget and use an iPhone emoji) and because it's not been code it doesn't work. Sorry.

Lots of people use a combination of quit aids to help them get off to a good start so don't worry. I use patches and when I attended a nhs quit group last year they wanted me to use the patch and also lozenges for the bad craves but I didn't use the lozenges. This time I am using a patch and have bought some lozenges for when I step down and this time I will use them if I need to. Well done @Sashie as you are getting there :)
I am going to do this
Quit 6th January 2018

Hi @Sashie  it's 7 weeks today for @Gerti1 and myself.  I used a vape very occasionally (when drinking) for the first few weeks, I haven't used it now since 3rd Feb as I haven't needed it, they are a great quit help though and I recommend them as much better than ending up with a failed quit.
Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........
