You sure can @Nicky40!!!! It was definitely the start of a turning point for me at around where you are. As you know, it will get easier and easier, just keep doing what you’re already doing so brilliantly!

Well done Nicky and yes do keep walking the dog as it really does help. I need to get some more walking in as I have become a little lazy.

@Gerti1 I can be quite lazy, on Friday I let my husband walk the dog alone (we usually go together as both need to lose loads of weight) as I just could not be bothered.  I'm sure we all have lazy days.  :)
Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........
