Had a lovely day with a fab 3 course meal for 12.99 !! not a bad price at all
Had a nose around a few shops, super meal and lashings of coffee at our friends house. I haven't seen this bunch of friends for a few months so no one knew I had quit until today and they were chuffed as most have had the nasty flu that is going around and say they long to quit but I never got too drawn into it as I feel like I am nagging.

I shall post a pic of said cakes on the weekend as it will mark a 3 week celebration for both Nicky and me kk

Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........
