Great news @Glasgowgal

It’s not luck but your hard work that’s got you there. Good news on loving the exercise, I’ve been slowly getting back into running and I’d forgotten how after a couple of months you actually start to look forward to Exercise!

Looking forward to seeing your century soon!

Yep day 94 @markmcclean1980  :P no cravings at all.   Im doing great.  I think my first smoke free holiday could be, well , a bit more challenging than normal so im looking forward to getting that under my belt.  And also need to go through some sh1t and get through that smoke free but ive generally (touch wood) got a good life.  But i think that will be the big challenge eh, getting through a sh1t time smoke free.  I just want to get these firsts done and dusted!!!!  Not that i am wishing a crappy time upon myself ha but hopefully you know what i mean.

So how is gran canaria?  ive never been but we love the canaries going to lanza end of may.BRING IT ON!!!!!! time for a beach pic i think get everyone in the mood -

@Glasgowgal it’s great in the canaries.  Warm but not overly so.  I am finding it easier to deal with not smoking every day.  Granted, my vape is close by but it’s much easier now than it was at the start of the week.  I know what you mean about the firsts, but just deal with them as they come.  You got this.

Glad you are enjoying the holiday @markmcclean1980  I will be going in September  :)  How did you find the airport?  I loved my first airport as a non smoker - It was so stressful before (Where can I smoke/Oh no I can't smoke - and we got here early/wish the flight was quicker I need a smoke etc etc).  :)
Smoked for most of my adult life (and a fair bit of my childhood!).  Managed a two year quit 2014-2016 but started again!  Quit again on 6th January 2018 and lasted 7 months!  Back on the wagon again now...........

I can’t say I found the airport enjoyable @Nicky40 lol, but it was certainly a lot less stressful.  The waiting about is a killer regardless of whether or not you are a smoker but you aren’t running about busting for a place to smoke either.

Right @Glasgowgal , my calendar is now up to date for the third time, cant be good at everything, but I make amazing pancakes and not out of a packet, the secret is to make the batter in the morning and let it sit all day. Not a night shift girl then, I did plenty of them, only one more though, you should be resting today.009
