Day three (how many day threes lol) for me, my failing point. I have on previous attempts smoked on days 3 and 6 which led to smoking again - first just weekends, then daily!
I feel like crap with a cold so don't actually want to smoke. I'm also doing dry January which will help loads. Quit App is re loaded on phone so that I can see the health benefits each day. I feel ok and craves are minimal but I WILL NOT be complacent about it this time.
