Hi @Enough42 ,ive been following Glasgowgal and you, must be a November thing ,your ahead of both of us so were following your lead, no pressure there then,  this is the very last time im going through this again even if i wear a patch for the rest of my days...Keep pulling us along, we all know its not easy, this is not the hardest thing ive ever done, but feels like it.
Quit 16th November 2017.
Last smoke 21st November 2017.

Hahaha no pressure then! I hope someone comes along soon so youve got someone behind you last chance because it feels real good being nestled between two folk but we're all close together in terms of quit. No doubt get a barrage of folk in january but hopefully get someone before then

There's a nice little quit team building here I reckon!  My quit buddies were pretty much all ahead of me, it's just nice to have folk encouraging you who've been where you are recently and can empathise.
Smoker for 20+ years with a 3 year quit in the middle
Used Champix 16/01/13 to 12/02/13
Last cigarette 8pm 28/01/13
