I think i blew a 0.1 on my last quit yayyyy. But ill be happy just to see it going down.

Well thats Sunday dinner over, cooked two new dishes. Butternut squash, cauliflower and sage soup - very nice and was easy to make. Followed by chicken, ham and spinach lasagne - nice but think i definitely prefer traditional lasagne!

Love the sound of that lasagne @Glasgowgal, one of our local restaurants used to do an amazing Chicken and Bacon lasagne which I loved but when it changed hands they changed it to a tomato based sauce rather than a cream one and and it wasn't as good.

Well done you, you really can do it. I'm doing it and never thought I could but if you're determined you manage to find the resolve.
And Kat, Google Twisted chicken and bacon lasagne, it's awesome, but be warned.it makes a lot. Twisted Food is a great website but there are NO low calorie recipes on there.believe me .

I used this BBC recipe - https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/chicken-ham-lasagne

And I jazzed it up with various herbs but I maybe didn't add enough herbage.  It was nice but to be honest I felt the filling would be better suited to a pie  006

But hey its got me started on diversifying lasagnes. Thinking of trying chicken chorizo next, tomato sauce based  ;D

Oooh, thanks for the tip @Whippetmom - will check that out!

Anything that involves combining chicken and chorizo is bound to be fab @Glasgowgal, I've a couple of recipes that use that combo (one of which is a Hairy Dieters one in fact!) and I love the flavours.
