Quick and easy for a family

4 chicken breasts
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 lettuce
Packet bbq seasoning
10 large tortilla wraps
Tub of sour cream
Tub of salsa
Slice the chicken and fry with the sliced peppers and onions
10 mins later add the seasoning
Then smear the tortillas with the sour cream and salsa
Add some lettuce and the chicken mix. Then  wrap it up x

Hey, I do it with a small variation, try it it is great.

Cook first the chicken, oignon, than at the end the green and red pepper and then before serving take a lemon and put the juice over it.  It is the best if you cook stir fry in a iron skillet.

Then take the tortilla wrap, put salsa, a bit of cheddar cheese and the stuff above. 

You can add also the sour cream and also avocado but more calories.

Yummmmmmmm.

That sounds lovely!

I do something very like it actually- I marinade strips of skinless chicken breast with slices of red pepper, a sliced red onion, some cumin, some cinnamon, some allspice and some chilli powder and then stir-fry it in a tiny bit of oil in my wok. Serve it with tortilla wraps, home made salsa (tomatoes, fresh chillis, corriander, red onion all finely chopped, some salt and some lime juice) and zero fat yoghurt.

The Just Quit cafe is officially open I think!  ;D

Sam I think I need to come to you for cooking lessons, Im such a boring mash and two veg cooker. My poor husband eats anything I create and Im sure some of it even a dog wouldnt eat xx
