Hi everyone and thanks for all the replies and words of encouragement!
Day two going well. But the beginning is the easy part, well for me anyway. But i know we're all different.
No cravings!! Yes, no cravings! And feeling fresh and clean and healthy.
Think the patches and lozenges are a good combo for me!
 :)

Oh dear, just realised I replied to your day one post a day late!! Very pleased to read day two is going well.
