Ummm, chicken cooked in 10 mins sounds like salmonella within 24 hrs, but I like my meat cooked long and slow.

Let us know how you are in the morning Debs ;D

Nah, it'll be fine KK. The chicken is cut into strips and stir-fried. It'll only take a few minutes to cook through.  :)

Sounds lovely Debbie!

I had a vegetable stir fry for dinner too Deb, but I didn't have noodles and i put a handful of quorn pieces instead of chicken. Its the noodles that have all of the calories, it always surprises me how many calories are in them.

I wasn't thinking of drinking it all myself, you know I like to share.

Anyway, today is a fast day, so we are having Asparagus, broad beans and parmesan frittata.

As a diet meal it's not bad as it's only 350 cals per serving.

KK  ;)

Ps the dinner gong has now been sounded so I will bid you all a good night and don't forget to play nicely and be kind to each other :)

No, noodles are quite high because they're a complex carbohydrate.

Fritatta is like a fancy firm omlette Spanish style with potatoes and veg in.
