That’s it @breakingfree.  Keep reading the old stuff.  A wealth of information on here.  I loved reading about the health benefits and also watching the stats on my quit smoking app.  It is/was a bit like watching my bank balance go up and up.  Find what motivates you and stuff yourself absolutely full to bursting with it!

Brilliant post from @Enough42 I think- that's just how it is @breakingfree - you see those benefits racking up and you feel better and better (and increasingly confident in your quit).

As for your Significant Other- he'll understand I'm sure, and be well proud of you too.  :hug: :hug:

Well done @breakingfree, it's so, so tough in the early days and the easy answer would be to cave so be very proud of yourself for getting through it. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you.

Hope you had a good sleep and  today is a better day for you @breakingfree
After far too many years I stubbed out my final cigarette on February 6 2011 at 10 pm and havent looked back since.
