After far too many years I stubbed out my final cigarette on February 6 2011 at 10 pm and havent looked back since.

It was quite funny, when after about two months of being quit our daughter and family came to visit and Gemma (our daughters name) started sniffing, so I said "whats wrong" and she looked at me and said "the house doesn't smell of smoke, have you quit smoking ?"

So with a big grin I said "yes" jeez what a hug I got from her :)

I am so looking forward to being included into the true inner sanctum, but I am only half way there, which thinking about it gives you plenty of time to organise the dancing girls, red stuff and pizza's :foundbeer:

Although, I've done this for me, in the back of my mine I have done it for you guys as well, you all stood by me in so many ways, even when you probably shouldn't have and for that I owe you all a big debt of gratitude.

None of you judged me unfairly or hounded me to quit and some of you even laughed at very un PC jokes, ummm thank you

Quitting is not something I think I could have done without you guys and of course Mrs KK and although you didn't know I had quit, you were a big help, just being there in the background.

You are truly an amazing bunch of people who I'm proud to call my friends.

I love you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
