Hanging by a thread is much, much better than the alternative.
5 months + is a great achievement, would be a mega shame to throw it away.

Thank you. I have been battling daily and today, after leaving Sainsbury's, I got into my car and thought that maybe I should buy a packet as I have felt so poo for so many weeks, I then ate a salmon and cucumber sarni and washed it down with a fresh cream donut and decided to drive home and see how I feel tomorrow. Been talking to myself, literally, and I want this so bad that I am not throwing away what I have worked so hard to achieve. This site really has helped me this week so thank you xx

Well done for keeping going @Gerti1.  Look up, we're all hanging onto that thread as tightly as we can.  It will get easier, just carry on getting through a day at a time, you are doing amazingly well.
Quit date - 1st October 2014, Quit method - lozenges

A salmon and cucumber sarnie is much better for you than lighting a little white stick and breathing in all the poisons

You're doing great Gerti.
After far too many years I stubbed out my final cigarette on February 6 2011 at 10 pm and havent looked back since.

...And you eat as many fresh cream donuts as it takes dear @Gerti1 . If cream cakes and salmon sarnies can get you through this, go for it.  :)
