Hi @Hopeful MBG

I remember that 2 - 4 week zone only too well but you know the best way to get through it is to be active on the forum, join in the games, talk about your feelings, cry for help if you need it, encourage others etc etc.  Thats what I did 6 years ago and I havent had one single puff since then.
We can push you when you need it, pull you when you need it. kick you when you need it but more than anything we are here to support you when you need it.
After far too many years I stubbed out my final cigarette on February 6 2011 at 10 pm and havent looked back since.

It is always difficult for the frst few weeks but be assured it does get easier as time goes by.
I never ever thought I would give up - same as you mutiple quits always ending up as failures.

But here I am 3 1/2 years later without a single puff.

The benefits are numerous;
Days quit - 1246
Cigs not smoked - 24936
Money not spent - £11096

But you need to quit for your own reasons and hopefully this quit is yours :)
Finally quit after 35 years & several attempts.
Used Champix this time and it worked a treat!!
Last smoke 1 Nov 2013 and still going strong :)
