Well done, I am on patches and the group I go to recommends staying on patches of the same strength whilst in the early stages.
I am free to smoke whenever I want to.
I am choosing not to smoke at the moment.
Because it stops me breathing.
Quit 25th November 2016
Smoked 20-25 a day for 30 years

Day 4 by now, well done on getting through your first three days.  Not annoying at all, quitting isn't easy, takes some of us a bit longer to find that quit where everything falls into place.
Quit date - 1st October 2014, Quit method - lozenges

Well I don't think it's annoying in the slightest, I think it's a good example to keep trying until you succeed. It's not easy, there is no off switch. I will always support you in trying.

How is your granddaughter?

Absolutely. @Saucisse , you are, without doubt, utterly and completely not annoying so there.

REALLY pleased to hear you have a nice cessation nurse. It absolutely made all the difference for me (plus you lovely lot of course) and I hope that this proves to be Your Year. You certainly deserve it to be.

Lovely to see you again- always.  ;D ;D ;D :foundbeer: :foundbeer: :foundbeer:
Finally saw sense on 8/12/13
