Omg have to get back on wagon
« on: December 30, 2016, 08:16:02 pm »
Hi,
Oh, xmas holidays are bad.  Too much food, too much chocolate as gift.
Have to set a date to be careful again and do exercise.
Not tonight...not tomorrow on the 31 th of December.

Ok gang Who is with me and when.  Food, exercice, recipe ...and I will mesure myself but no weight.

Fear not @Helene, you are not alone!

Thanks to rotten germs I've actually lost weight over Christmas (well, there had to be a silver lining to missing out, didn't there?!) but even so, there is a long, long, LONG road ahead of me to get down to a more comfortable and healthy weight.

We beat the stinky little oik, surely we can triumph over the flab?!

Shortbread or diet?

It's an oxymoron as I need both.

I would like to have a go at that squats challenge to firm up my bumper again. I can't really run at the moment because my arthritis plays me up terribly in the cold weather, but as long as I'm warmed up indoors I should be able to do little bits.

I won't be able to do the really good bum thing with the pack of playing cards until it's warmer and I'm less creaky, which is a shame. It would be nice to have a bit of competition with that.

I'm not "dieting" per se, but I am 100% gluten free now. I was trying to have a little bit a couple of days because I had my own theory that if I didn't I would lose the ability to digest it completely. But on those days I did have something i would blow up to 7 months pregnant, it takes days to come down (so if you ever see me looking pregnant this will be why) and I'd feel sluggish and ick and......obviously it just doesn't work for me. Gluten free is a pain in the butt sometimes, but I feel much better for it.

However, mini me and I are going to buy her new sports gear tomorrow and I am going to join in with her "bootie blast" workout and her new Pilates one until I can I running again.

But I doubt you'll ever see me in a bikini @Max414....
