Although I shan't be having a fast day on Monday I faithfully promise I shall be on this thread, recording my weight in readiness for getting back on the Battle of the Bulge wagon.  Hopefully by the end of the week I'll be well enough to do a fast day and then things should get going.

If I should arrive at the end of 2017 as fat and fed up as I shall begin it then I will have no-one but myself to blame!  Time to get cracking! :vader:

And I so need to join you.  Not been able to get out and about much since I had my foot op in October and I'm not really an "indoorsy" person so have been very bored. Due to my lack of will power have eaten far too many naughty things for the past three months with no exercise.  But somehow I beat the ciggies so hoping I can do this too.

Quit date - 1st October 2014, Quit method - lozenges

We SHALL triumph!

Honestly, after defeating our smelly nemesis how on earth we can feel apprehensive about this is anybody's guess!  I have to admit to starting with a slight advantage having lost a load over the Christmas break but regardless of that, there is still a mountain to climb!

Two long dog walks under the belt and a shorter one later. Minimal gorging on rubbish today and dry so I'm hoping that's a good start.

I am hijacking the thread a little as not 5:2 I am high fat low carb, so today I have eaten sunflower seeds, ham, bulletproof coffee and pork scratchings :D

Can walk new puppy from Friday so exercise will kick in properly soon too.

I did cheat with the rice as it was branded Spicy Mexican Rice which you microwave for 2 mins but added to the roasted peppers was a rather colourful tasty dish. Served with guacamole and toast and jalapenos as optional extras. Very quick and tasty, too.

I love stuffed peppers!! But for me the jalapeƱos aren't an optional extra, just pass me the jar and a fork!!
