Just a few weeks of meals out a couple of nights a week,a lack of gym and a weekend away with a few Fried breakfasts and I am back to just under 15 stone.  001 A month ago I had achieved 14st 8lb.

How the hell would I know you plonker?!  I'm still in a caravan in West Sussex, they don't tend to be furnished with scales you know!

Honestly!

I dread to think, but at least I'm doing a fair amount of getting out and about to counteract the naughty eats.
Smoker for 20+ years with a 3 year quit in the middle
Used Champix 16/01/13 to 12/02/13
Last cigarette 8pm 28/01/13

still tricky, seem to have been 200-202 for months now.

I should take comfort in since max weight noted I have lost 50lbs but this last 1 or two is doing my head in. I may have to contemplate giving up cheese!

Did you ever find out what food it was that you were reacting to @Teflon?

I wouldn't like to give up cheese.

nothing specific, but it will be a carb. or at least carb with something else.

My money is on some kind of sugar based fermentation thing tied with the wrong bacteria in the wrong part of the gut. I may try carbs again shortly to see if things have reset.
