Well done for chucking it away.

Lets get you through this morning.  So can we all stick with @psuedo and pledge to not smoke this morning.
After far too many years I stubbed out my final cigarette on February 6 2011 at 10 pm and havent looked back since.

I'll  stick with@psuedo and pledge not to smoke this morning.
The first few days are the worst, it's a hard habit to break but can be done. I would honestly throw or give away any cigarettes you have lying about and then you can't reach out for one.
Lots of us cheering you on x

Makes perfect sense @psuedo . I can remember wishing I had the ability to hibernate. It would have been lovely to wake up 6 months down the line. But you'll get there- just keep telling yourself that every second which passes is a second you'll never have to get through again (and a second nearer those wonderful sunlit uplands). Sleep tight

It's also well worth thinking about planning treats to reward yourself for doing well. Maybe daily treats to start with; when you've done Day 3 perhaps your favourite meal or a takeaway. Anything to make it that little bit more pleasant and remind you that you're not giving up a nice thing, you're winning by giving up.
