« on: August 02, 2016, 07:16:44 am »
Not sure if anybody's done this one ,but here goes, nice and simple and tastes great
100gr,s self-raising flour
1tsp baking powder
1 egg
75 ml  milk , two bananas
Treacle syrup to pour over the top
Mix all ingredients until a slightly thick batter is achieved,
Cut the bananas length ways and then cut in half
Place about 1 inch of vegetable cooking oil in a large frying pan and heat ,put the bananas into the batter mix making sure they are covered in the mix and fry them in the oil until golden brown  put in serving bowls and pour syrup over the bananas
