Closer to the halfway point
« on: July 01, 2016, 07:43:11 am »
So I am now into month 6. Day 152 to be precise. Still vaping but I'm still on zero nicotine.  It's not ideal but it's better than the alternative.  I can go for longer periods without it so hopefully it won't be too long until I am no longer vaping but I'm still thinking slow and steady.  The most important thing is to not have any nicotine so I'm succeeding in that.

Congratulations Mark.  Don't worry too much about the vaping at the moment. :)

Too right- that's FANTASTIC @markmcclean1980 !!!  :foundbeer: :foundbeer: :foundbeer:

Vaping (especially with no nicotine) is no different to chewing gum or 'smoking' post-it notes or any of the other techniques we've variously employed.

Well done mate!  ;D

Your arrival to the penthouse is getting nearer and nearer.  Its gonna be one hell of a party when you get here.
After far too many years I stubbed out my final cigarette on February 6 2011 at 10 pm and havent looked back since.

Congratulations on six months @markmcclean1980.  The destination is the same but we all have a different journey to the Penthouse.  I took the NRT lozenges much longer than most so you just take your time with the vaping.
