Hello Week 4
« on: April 22, 2016, 09:42:47 am »
Day 22 & going strong, everyday is getting easier and easier.

Now find I'm going for whole days with just the odd niggle of I want something but not sure what. I know there will still be tough days/craves ahead but the patches & lozenges are really taking the edge off. It really is about retraining your brain to think of yourself as a non smoker if that makes sense!

Have a great Friday everyone  ;D

Well done on getting into week 4 @Cheesepuff

They say week 3 is usually the hardest to get over so that's a big tick.  It won't be too long until you are going into month 4 and you will have lots of people there to cheer you on as you arrive.

Well done!! and here's to another 4 weeks  ;D ;D
Finally quit after 35 years & several attempts.
Used Champix this time and it worked a treat!!
