Mary, by Chip Escape!!  ;D ;D ;D

Mrs KK has asked me to report that, that is an incorrect answer.

As I know the answer, I can tell you that it's not difficult

Irish lass taken on by thingy on the shoulders with a close shave

I'm properly confuddled  :-\  Irish lass says mavourneen to me but that doesn't seem to work, thingy on the shoulders my head says should be either weight or chip and a close shave ends up as a near miss in my head.

Anybody else got any bright ideas?
